Step 1: If you are new client, click “New Client – Book Repair” tab to create repair ticket. If you are existing client, click “Existing Client – My Account” tab to login to account & then create new repair ticket.
Step 2: Call us on +44 (0) 20 8427 6809 to arrange the collection or Drop your device at our work station.
Step 3: We shall email you a collection label and instructions. Please attach the label and following the packaging instruction.
( Please check your junk or spam folder, just in case)
Step 4: Get your quote & we will repair your device.
We also do same day collections in some circumstances but you must call us
before 10:30 to arrange. ( Subject to courier availability.)

If you require a shipping box these carry an additional charge.
Laptop and Apple Macbook Pro boxes = £20
iMac boxes = £30
If you don’t have the original box for your iMac, we strongly recommend you order a box from us. These boxes are custom made for the iMac and have foam inserts to keep it in place during shipping, if the items are not packed properly or insufficient packaging Aci nor the courier company will be liable for any damages during transit.
Optional shipping insurance is available (and advisable!)
Please Note: If you do NOT requested for additional insurance, you will only be covered on our standard courier insurance which is up to £60.00 of damages or losses
*In case of uninsured loss or damage while shipping your item, Allied Computers International liability will be limited to £60.
